Weekly Weigh In: July 23

Everything still the same.  Working on more healthy lifestyle and exercise goals to help change that.  I need to see the numbers on the scale start to move again.  I know inch loss is most important but I know I can get the scale to show some more positive numbers so I just have to keep going.

My current weight 194

Goal weight 135-140

Pounds left to go 50+
