This week is going to be crazy busy with client work and our kitten has his last surgery on Tuesday. Who knows what the week will bring but here are the menu plans I have set up as of right now.
I do have a goal for May to not have any ‘naughty’ desserts after dinner. By naughty I mean things like ice cream, cookies, etc. There might be homemade goodies but I’m going to try for nothing processed. It’s a big change but something I need to work on.
Goal is to make some fruity ‘ice cream’, have Greek yogurt/cereal mix, homemade granola bars and things like that. I’ll have a blog post full of healthy dessert ideas that a lot of my online friends have shared with me this weekend.
Over the past week or so I have been dealing with some more pains (knee/groin) so I have not been able to work out at full capacity or pretty much at all. For once I am not stressed over that and know that I need to not push it like I have been known to in the past.
Oh my goodness, I couldn’t wait to tell you about one of the dinners I made from last week. This is exciting because I don’t cook…BUT I’m learning.
Last week’s meal plan didn’t go over as well as I thought but at least I’m trying to plan ahead. We had maybe 2 meals from the list.
Had a decent week up until I pulled a muscle in my groin (not from a workout, just moved the wrong way ugh)! But even with that I’m really excited. I have this coming week and next left in the Best Body Bootcamp and personal training BUT I have already paid for an additional 12 weeks of online personal training with
