Online Healthy Living Challenges

Can you believe it’s August already?  Are you meeting all the goals you set at the beginning of the year?  I love monthly challenges and would really like to start taking part in more of them.

I have been looking for healthy living challenges coming up in August but I haven’t found a lot.  If you know of any, please let me know. Best Body Fitness Bootcamp: Let the Fun Begin

Just completed week 1 of Best Body Bootcamp. It’s back!  For 8 weeks we have a goal to workout at least 5 times a week and then set two personal goals each week.  My two personal goals for last week were to drink at least 10 cups of water and be in bed no later than 11 PM.

As a personal training client of Tina’s, I have a personalized plan so I’m not doing the same workouts that the others are doing but from what I hear they are loving it.  And they are all such an inspiration!

Time for the 2012 London Summer Olympics

So excited about the Olympics!  I’ll be gone for 5 out of the 17 days but hopefully the hotel will have the Olympics on the hotel lobby TV.

We are looking forward to the opening ceremonies tonight. We are also rooting for the U.S.A and Jamaica. Go TEAM!

Another Rockin Workout Week & Bic Bands Shout Out

Before we go into my workouts for the week, I want to give Bic Bands a shout out today.  They donated 2 headbands for my June Better Healthy Living Challenge.

I love all types of head bands and have found that Bic Bands is one of the best I have worn. I like that they stay on when I workout. They have a unique assortment of headbands, thick, thin, skinny, minnie, bling, sparkle, sporty and more.  Fun stuff!
