Weigh In & Measurements November 2012

Checking in about a week late with my numbers.  I said I would stay accountable so here we go.

As of today 11/28/12, I have lost another pound. But like I say, the scale does NOT define me and I am more excited about the loss of inches, body fat and BMI numbers.

More to Challenge Me

This week was the start of the Holiday Bootie Buster Challenge.  I did the WOW (workout of the week) for that and it was awesome.  I need something else to challenge me to keep going.  I’m having a hard time keeping up with my points. We get bonus points for things and I just am not good at keeping track.  Just entering what I remember but I’m sure I’m missing quite a bit.  I’m not going to stress over it.  My whole goal with the challenge is to push myself to do more and just keep going through the holiday’s.

Sticking With It

Had a pretty good week.  I’m really proud of myself for sticking with the 6 day a week workout goals while I’m not traveling.  Starting in Jan. I’ll be traveling again so I’ll revisit my goals then.

And I have made some really good food decisions although I obviously still have a long way to go.  I’m loving how I feel right now so I just need to keep pushing forward.

I did lose another pound this week! Happy about that but keeping fingers crossed I see a difference when I measure later this week.  THAT is most important to me.

Got Excuses?

Excuses, excuses, excuses

It’s time to get rid of them!  I personally know how easy it is to give in and use excuses when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle.  I have done it way too often.  And still catch myself doing it sometimes.

We will never get anywhere if we keep making excuses.  We have to push through and make it happen.
