Daily Exercise Log for the week

Last week was much better as far as workouts go.  I’m betting this week will be even better.  Tomorrow I start the Fat Loss Quickie contest and I’m so excited and a tad nervous.  I was signed up for the program last week but will be starting tomorrow.  I’ll keep you updated as I go along but will be doing a full review of the program in October once I have had time to really check it out.  Hope it goes well!

If you recall, Scott, the cool guy who started the whole Fat Loss Quickie program did a guest blog post on a fast and fun whole body workout for me last month.  It would be great for you to join me in the contest.  I know it’s going to be quite the challenge!

Monday-

Tuesday-

*Walk Away the Pounds Walk Sim 4 mile Fast Walk
Time: 51 min.
Miles: 4
Calories burned: 445

Wednesday-

*Walk outside
Time: 20 min.

*Mowing Lawn
Time: 45 min.
Calories burned: 453

Thursday-

*Walk Away the Pounds Walk Slim Fast Firming (strength training)
Time: 26 min.
Calories burned: 107

Friday-

*Turbo Jam 20 Minute Workout
Time: 20 min.
Calories burned: 177

*Walk Outside
Time: 20 min.

Saturday-

*Spin class
Time: 1 hour 2 min.
Calories burned: 645

Plus lots of walking at the Chicago Botanical Gardens and an outdoor mall with my friend from VA who is in town on business.

Sunday-
