Happy October! I’m excited about Fall because it just gets us that much closer to leaving for Jamaica. Really need the vacation big time. This week’s workouts were OK but I could have done better. I don’t know what is in store for this week but hope it’s a good one.
I know October just started but I’m already thinking ahead to Nov. to try and figure out what I want to accomplish. This month it’s the Fat Loss Quickie program and I think for November I will focus on rebounding and Walk Away the Pounds. We shall see!
