Health and Fitness Challenges: April 2013

April 2013 Healthy Living ChallengesI have been on the lookout for April health and fitness challenges.  Came across the following that sound really awesome.

Wish I could keep up with them all but I do have a lot going on in April when it comes to business challenges in addition to Best Body Bootcamp and the Polar ambassador challenge I’m participating in.

Got Excuses?

Excuses, excuses, excuses

It’s time to get rid of them!  I personally know how easy it is to give in and use excuses when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle.  I have done it way too often.  And still catch myself doing it sometimes.

We will never get anywhere if we keep making excuses.  We have to push through and make it happen.

Time for the 2012 London Summer Olympics

So excited about the Olympics!  I’ll be gone for 5 out of the 17 days but hopefully the hotel will have the Olympics on the hotel lobby TV.

We are looking forward to the opening ceremonies tonight. We are also rooting for the U.S.A and Jamaica. Go TEAM!
