Over the last week, I had the great opportunity to try out the Diet-to-Go vegetarian diet delivery program. I was sent 9 meals, a mix of breakfast, lunch and dinner.
I do not cook so this was perfect for me. And I’m sure hubby didn’t mind not having to cook anything separate for me this last week. I’m a vegetarian and he’s not so sometimes that can be a struggle but we always make it work. This just made it much easier. I could totally get used to this!

I’m so horrible at this menu planning thing. But we are going to try to eat meals from the food we already have at home this week.
This week I’m keeping my fingers crossed that the wind stays calm and that it doesn’t rain so we can enjoy dinner out on our newly decorated deck space. I’m very excited about this new outdoor oasis we are putting together. I ordered some LED solar lights, an wireless outdoor stereo system and we are going to be making outdoor curtains from canvas drop cloths.
Oh boy this week is up in the air. Not quite sure about a set meal plan so once again we’ll play it by ear.
