I was sent a free copy of the book It Starts With Food: Discover the Whole30 and Change Your Life in Unexpected Ways. I had heard great things about it but didn’t really know what it was all about. Sounded intriguing.
There is a section on what they call “science-y stuff” which really doesn’t appeal to me. To be honest it overwhelms me. But there are some great tips in the book, not to mention recipes.
SpeedLoss is namely known for their cleansing and special weight loss program but since I don’t use those type of products, I asked if I could review their protein powders instead because I have yet to find one that I LOVE.
