Over the last week, I had the great opportunity to try out the Diet-to-Go vegetarian diet delivery program. I was sent 9 meals, a mix of breakfast, lunch and dinner.
I do not cook so this was perfect for me. And I’m sure hubby didn’t mind not having to cook anything separate for me this last week. I’m a vegetarian and he’s not so sometimes that can be a struggle but we always make it work. This just made it much easier. I could totally get used to this!
Oh my goodness, I couldn’t wait to tell you about one of the dinners I made from last week. This is exciting because I don’t cook…BUT I’m learning.
Nutty BBQ Tempeh Recipe
We made one of the best meals we have had in a long time. It was so tasty we are still talking about it days later. We made quinoa burgers, pizza style. So it’s not an actual patty but rather the quinoa served up in the size of one without a top to the sandwich.
I have been looking for some healthy dinner ideas because I want to start planning our meals for the week ahead of time. It can’t hurt that we’ll
