It’s been such a sad week all over the world. I have honestly been glued to the TV and CNN online. I did get in workouts but they were definitely not as good as I would have liked them to be. I will work harder this coming week!
I just want to say that I have been thinking of all of you who participated in the Boston Marathon. I honestly don’t even know what to say. I cried a lot this week and my heart broke for so many people.
Had a great week of workouts! I only took one day off but I am exhausted now.
Welcome April
Once again the week started out good…..then went down hill. I did a move in one of the workouts and strained/pulled a muscle in my left arm. I’ll never do that move again.
This week didn’t turn out at all how I envisioned when it came to workouts but I just keep going. I did fine until Friday & Saturday. My normal day off was Thursday but then I fell off the next two days. I had good intentions for a Sat. workout but we had to do taxes and run errands afterwards. So I did not fit it in.
I will call this week successful when it comes to workouts. This week I worked out 6 days and took 1 rest day. I enjoyed my workouts and look forward to the next round of
