This week I am traveling for business and we are staying at the Marriott Century Center. Usually when I travel I either skip out on workouts or when we are in the Caribbean we do things like snorkel, walk on the beach or things like that.
But with my February Fitness challenge, where I promised myself I would exercise every day, I knew I could not mess up. So Thursday after we flew in and had lunch, I went to the hotel fitness center. You’ll see below the hotel workouts I did through today.
What a great week of workouts! It’s so nice to get back to our home gym after traveling for a while even though I’ll be heading out again at the end of the week on a business trip.

This week was a travel week so I did the best I could considering I also fell down on some gravel here in FL while on my business trip (I know, clutz lol) and hurt my left leg and knee. I’ll survive and it’s been a real nice stay here but I’m ready to get home to my hubby and my own bed. I don’t ever sleep very well without him so I’m exhausted.
Here are my workouts for the week of December 5-11, 2011. It started out great but then fizzled.
