Healthy Eating Tips

Here is a list of healthy eating tips you can incorporate in your life:

  • Use skim milk or Almond milk
  • Cut down/out use of sugar (I use Agave Nectar in some cases)
  • Drink water, cut out sodas and limit juices
  • Have breakfast every morning
  • Eat more vegetables and fruits
  • Limit alcohol
  • No frying, get used to the words steam, broil, bake and grill
  • Use spray butter
  • Use spray for cooking
  • Burn calories, more than you consume in food
  • Go whole grain or 100% whole wheat
  • Limit processed foods
