I want to share with you a variety of healthy weight loss tips. These tips will help you in your journey
to a new healthy lifestyle. Did you notice that I didn't say diet? Diet to me means losing weight
quickly. Diet's don't usually work for the long haul. You must make it a lifestyle change by making
wiser food choices and adding exercise.
You have to be ready to make a change, no excuses. I used to talk about losing weight and how I wanted to
eat healthy all the time but I never did anything about it. Once I made the commitment to change, I took the
